After the assassination of their military commander, Iran has issued a significant threat of an attack on Israel. If a war breaks out between the two countries, what will the outcome be? Which country will emerge victorious in this war? Israel vs Iran: If there's a war, who will bear the brunt?
The world has already witnessed conflicts such as Russia-Ukraine and Israel-Hamas. Now, the clouds of a third war are looming larger. Iran has issued a grave threat to attack Israel. The seriousness of this threat can be gauged from Israel's decision to cancel all leaves for its soldiers and call up reserve troops for combat. In preparation for Iran's missile attacks, shelters in various cities, including the capital, Tel Aviv, are being reopened to protect the citizens. It is believed that if this conflict escalates, the onset of the Third World War might not be far off, potentially culminating in nuclear warfare.
Tensions between the Shia country Iran and the Jewish country Israel have persisted for many decades. Many times, both countries came to the brink of war, but then things were resolved. However, this time, such an incident happened that the world is facing a significant threat. In fact, on April 1, Israel carried out a massive air attack on Syria's capital, Damascus. A total of 13 people, including 7 Iranian citizens, were killed in this attack on the Iranian Consulate. Those who lost their lives in the incident included Brigadier General Mohammad Reza Zahedi and two top commanders of 'The Quds Force' in Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC).
This Quds Force conducts intelligence operations against enemy countries on behalf of IRGC. Israel had similarly assassinated Iran's top military commander, General Suleimani, in February 2022. After this, Iran became very upset due to the killing of the head of the Quds Force. He considers this a matter of his country's prestige and has threatened Israel with a lethal response that it will never forget.
Iran-Israel war can start at any time?
From this statement of Iran, it is believed that a dangerous war between Iran and Israel can start at any time. In view of the destructive plans of the Shia country, Israel has blocked the GPS in its country. By doing this, drones and missiles lose their way. It has also started preparing its Army for the war against Iran. If war really breaks out between the two countries, you must know who will prevail over whom.
First, let us know about the population of both countries, and then we will talk about their armies. While the population of Israel is around 38 lakh, the population of Iran is around nine crore. If needed in war, Israel can recruit only 31 lakh people for the Army, while Iran can add four crore people.
Iran is superior to Israel in number of soldiers.
Now, let us talk about the armies of both countries. There are 1.73 lakh regular and 4.70 lakh reserve soldiers in the Israeli Army. At the same time, the Iranian Army has 5.80 lakh regular soldiers and 3.50 lakh reserve soldiers, whom it can call in case of war. Israel has 8 thousand para-military personnel, while Iran has 90 thousand of them. That means, in terms of both population and number of soldiers, Iran is not 21 but 22 compared to its enemy, Israel.
If we talk about the naval strength of both countries, Iran outweighs Israel. Iran has 101 warships, while Israel has only 67. Iran has 19 submarines, while Israel has five. Iran has seven medium-sized frigates, while Israel does not have even one. Iran has 3 Corvettes, and Israel has 7. Neither of the two countries has an aircraft carrier.
Iran will have to protect its large area.
In terms of area, Israel is a small country spread over only 20 thousand 770 square kilometers, and it has to invest its resources in the security of a small area. At the same time, Iran is a big country, with an area of 16.48 lakh square km. In such a situation, it will have to distribute its resources across the country in such a way that the entire country remains safe. Israel has 42 airports from which it can conduct all air operations. At the same time, Iran has 310 of them.
How will Iran save itself from these Israeli weapons?
Looking at these figures, you must have understood that if war breaks out between the two countries, Iran can get rid of the Jewish country Israel. However, it is tough for this to happen. The reason for this is the two Brahmastras present with Israel, due to which not only Iran but any nearby Muslim country is afraid of directly messing with Israel. He has the first Brahmastra nuclear bomb. However, Israel has never openly admitted this. However, it is believed that it has 30 to 50 atomic bombs, which it can use in case of threat to its existence.
None of the Muslim countries around Israel, including Iran, have this power. Hence, they certainly growl at Israel but always avoid confrontation. Israel's second Brahmastra is America's support. No matter which party has been in government in America or which President has been there, Israel has always been an exceptional ally of the US. In whose protection he stands ready all the time.
Shia countries will carry forward the war through proxy.
In such a situation, Iran knows that if it attacks Israel, America will also come forward to protect it. If it attacks America, then all the NATO countries will pounce on it like vultures, due to which it will not take long for Iran's existence to end. In such a situation, speculations are being made that despite giving severe threats, this time too, Iran will hardly be able to show the courage to attack Israel directly and will choose to attack Israel through its proxies, Hezbollah, Hamas, or Houthi terrorists, due to which There will be less risk of damage to him. He will be able to cause more harm to Israel. Now the ball is in Iran's court, and it remains to be seen what further steps it will take.
